1. Overview

We want you to love every product you buy from Amir Store. If you are not 100 % satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Cosmetics / beauty products are personal-care items; therefore, extra hygiene rules apply (see §4).


2. Eligibility Checklist

3. “Amir Store Guarantee” – When We Pay for Return

If we ship the wrong product, expired product, or it arrives damaged/leaking, we accept full responsibility:

  • Instant replacement OR full refund – your choice.
  • We arrange reverse pickup & bear the shipping cost.
  • Refund processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the goods.

How to notify us:
Email contact@amirstore.pk or WhatsApp 0300-2415944 within 24 hours of delivery. Attach:

  • Clear photo of outer package (showing shipping label)
  • Photo of the damaged / wrong item
  • Your order number & contact details

4. “Change-of-Mind” Return – When You Pay for Return

You may return unopened cosmetics for any reason within 7 days (Pakistan-wide) or 14 days for international orders (delivery date = tracking “delivered” stamp).
Cost: You pay return shipping.
Packaging: Use the original Amir Store box/padded envelope; items must be re-saleable.
Process:

  1. Email contact@amirstore.pk with subject “Return Request – Order #ASxxxx”.
  2. State reason & preference (refund or exchange).
  3. We reply with Return Authorization Number (RAN) and nearest drop-off address.
  4. Ship within 3 days of receiving RAN. Write RAN on outer box.
  5. Once inspected, refund is issued to original payment method (see §6).

5. Non-Returnable List (for hygiene & safety)

  • Opened make-up (foundation, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, etc.)
  • Applicators, sponges, brushes after unpackaging
  • Skin-care with broken dropper, pump or jar seal
  • Hair-color or chemical treatments once opened
  • Gift cards / e-vouchers
  • Products bought in “Flash Sale – No-Return” campaigns (clearly marked)

6. Refund Method & Timeline

*Timeline starts when our QC team marks return as “approved”.

Partial Refunds:

  • Free gift not returned → PKR 300 deducted
  • Missing outer box / cap / applicator → 15 % restocking fee
  • Original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is free when we caused the error (§3).
  • Change-of-mind exchange: you pay return shipping; we pay re-delivery shipping once.
  • New item ships only after we receive your return.
  • If price differs, we will refund or request payment for the balance.

8. How to Pack Your Return (important)

  1. Place product inside original plastic wrap / seal.
  2. Include all accessories, inserts, freebies.
  3. Use bubble wrap to prevent leakage.
  4. Paste the RAN slip (we email you) on top.
  5. Seal box with tape; write “Fragile – Cosmetic Product”.
    Failure to pack safely may lead to rejection.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank / mobile account first.
  2. Contact your card issuer; processing times vary.
  3. Still missing? Email us:
    • Subject: “Refund Trace – Order #ASxxxx”
    • Attach bank statement covering the refund window (hide sensitive info).
      We will issue a refund trace ID within 24 h.

10. International Orders

Same rules apply; however:

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Customs duties & sales tax paid at destination are non-refundable (contact local customs for rebate).
  • We cannot generate prepaid intl labels; use tracked courier only.

11. Policy Updates

We may modify this policy to comply with Pakistani e-commerce regulations. Changes post on this page and apply to orders placed after the “Last updated” date.
