- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing or shopping at amirstore.pk you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use. - ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Pakistani law. Users under 18 may purchase only through a parent or legal guardian. - ACCOUNT ACCURACY
Provide correct name, shipping address, mobile number and e-mail. Amir Store is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete data supplied by you. - PRODUCT INFORMATION
We endeavour to display cosmetics accurately; however slight variation in shade, finish or packaging design may occur. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician. - PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.
Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer.
Promotional codes must be entered before checkout; they cannot be applied retrospectively. - SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES
Flat-rate shipping fee: PKR 400 per order nationwide (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK & interior Sindh/Punjab/KPK/Balochistan).
Free-shipping threshold: Orders of PKR 4,000 or more (after discounts, before COD handling fee) qualify for FREE delivery.
Heavy/bulky items (hair-dryers, salon equipment) may incur an additional surcharge displayed at checkout. - DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES
Standard cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi): 2-4 working days.
Other cities/towns: 3-6 working days.
Remote areas: up to 8 working days.
“Working days” exclude Sunday and public holidays. Delays due to force-majeure (strikes, floods, lock-downs, courier disruption) do not entitle buyers to cancellation or compensation. - TITLE & RISK
Ownership of goods passes to the customer on full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes once the parcel is handed to the courier and tracking shows “Dispatched”. - CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) RULES
COD handling fee of PKR 50 is added to every COD order below PKR 2,000.
Customers must keep exact payable amount ready; couriers may not carry change above PKR 5,000.
Two failed delivery attempts (recipient absent, mobile switched off, address locked) will result in the parcel returning to us; a re-delivery charge of PKR 400 will apply if you still want the order. - ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel unpaid orders anytime before dispatch.
Paid orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement; thereafter packing may have started.
Amir Store reserves the right to cancel any order if: product is out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Governed by our separate “Refund & Returns Policy”. By ordering you acknowledge you have read it. Cosmetics sealed must be unopened for “change-of-mind” returns within 7 days. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content—logos, images, product descriptions, videos, graphics—is © Amir Store or its suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark and other IP laws of Pakistan. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. - USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy content or prices;
- post false, defamatory or misleading reviews;
- upload viruses or malicious code;
- engage in fraudulent payment activity.
Breach may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Amir Store’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single order shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of data, allergic reaction, business interruption). - INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Amir Store, its directors, employees and suppliers harmless from any claim, demand or damage (including legal fees) asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any law or rights of a third party. - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing which, the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction. - AMENDMENTS
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for 30 days. - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. - CONTACT
